If you're passionate about driving operational excellence, building capability, and embedding continuous improvement into the fabric of a supply chain organisation, this is an opportunity worth exploring. Our client is a leading international market expansion services business seeking a Supply Chain Development Executive to spearhead CI governance, training, and process improvement across their Petaling Jaya operations.

Why Apply?

The Role

  • Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across departments, ensuring consistent and structured execution
  • Organise and deliver CI training and awareness programmes to embed an improvement culture across operations
  • Track project progress and report performance outcomes to leadership
  • Conduct process audits to uphold operational standards and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support operational crisis management and escalation coordination as required

What We're Looking For

A motivated, people-focused improvement professional:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or continuous improvement
  • Hands-on knowledge of Lean and/or Kaizen methodologies
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and operational governance programmes
  • Strong facilitation, training, and change management skills
  • Effective communicator with solid stakeholder management ability
