SSRV Group Hiring! Full Time Senior Executive, Credit Control in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Job Description:

• Manage the Company's accounts receivable portfolio and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices in accordance with approved credit terms.
• Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue payments, investigate payment delays, and resolve billing or collection issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain debtor ageing reports, collection status reports, cash collection forecasts, and other receivable-related reports for Management.
• Assess customer creditworthiness, review credit limits, identify potential credit risks, and recommend appropriate recovery or corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Contracts, and Finance teams to ensure accurate billing, timely invoice issuance, and resolution of customer disputes affecting collections.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers, manage debt recovery activities, and escalate delinquent accounts for further action where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with the Company's credit control policies, internal controls, and financial procedures while maintaining accurate customer account records.
• Continuously review and improve credit control processes, enhance collection efficiency, and support initiatives to strengthen the Company's cash flow and financial performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Finance.
• At least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity is preferred.
• Experience in the Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering Services, Construction, Oil & Gas, or Contract Services industry is an advantage.
• Experience managing high-value corporate accounts and contract-based billing.
