Adecco Hiring! Full Time Finance Manager (Manufacturing Startup) in - Ricebowl

Hands-on finance leader driving end-to-end finance, manufacturing, R&D support, and startup scalability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and be hands-on in managing the full spectrum of finance functions, including accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, audit, compliance, and internal controls.
2. Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial planning, and business performance analysis to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
3. Partner with R&D, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to support product development, manufacturing scale-up, and commercialization initiatives.
4. Oversee manufacturing finance, including product costing, inventory management, variance analysis, capital expenditure control, and margin improvement.
5. Build and establish finance processes, policies, controls, reporting frameworks, and ERP systems from the ground up to support a scalable organization.
6. Manage external stakeholders including auditors, tax authorities, bankers, investors, and government agencies while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
7. Develop and lead the finance team while serving as a strategic business partner to senior management on fundraising, expansion, and business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/CA/ACCA preferred.
• 8-15 years of relevant finance experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience in startup and/or high-growth environments.
• Strong background in manufacturing costing, R&D finance support, FP&A, and finance transformation.
• Hands-on leader with the ability to build finance operations from scratch.
