• Drive Performance & Consistency: Architect performance frameworks across a large, nationwide sales force to ensure consistent standards.
• Translate Data into Field Action: Analyze performance drivers across individuals, regions, and channels to turn insights into actionable strategies, KPIs, and commission models that influence real field behavior.
• Design Sales Ways of Working (WoW): Implement innovative daily routines, operational tools, and reporting frameworks to continuously streamline how sales teams operate.
• Drive Stakeholder Accountability: Build strong partnerships with regional leaders and sales managers, leading insight-driven reviews that foster cross-functional accountability.
• Pioneer Creative Initiatives: Introduce innovative tools and fresh concepts, such as gamification, to boost adoption, reinvent daily sales routines, and maximize effectiveness.
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field with 3 to 6+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, or sales excellence.
• Strong analytical thinking with a proven track record of evaluating complex data, designing performance frameworks, and streamlining sales processes.
• A confident communicator capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders from sales teams to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving, with bonus points for knowledge or experience in sales gamification techniques.
