About the Role
We're on the lookout for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing across both direct and indirect categories. This is a senior, high-impact role where you'll set the strategy, lead the team, and own procurement outcomes across the full spend landscape — from dairy ingredients and packaging to IT, facilities, and professional services.

What You'll Do
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and own category strategies across both direct and indirect spend
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of procurement specialists
- Drive a high-performance procurement culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Provide strategic procurement insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Direct Procurement
- Oversee sourcing of direct materials — dairy ingredients, raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing inputs
- Monitor global commodity markets and proactively manage price volatility and supply risk
- Ensure continuity of supply aligned to production planning and NPD timelines
- Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D on all direct material needs
Indirect Procurement
- Lead sourcing across indirect categories including IT, marketing, facilities, logistics, HR services, and professional services
- Identify and deliver meaningful cost savings and service improvements across indirect spend
- Ensure indirect sourcing is aligned to business needs, budgets, and timelines
Supplier & Contract Management
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships across both direct and indirect categories
- Lead high-value, complex contract negotiations and ensure agreements protect company's commercial interests
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and drive development where needed
- Manage supply risk through dual sourcing, contingency planning, and proactive market monitoring
Stakeholder & Financial Management
- Act as a trusted procurement business partner to senior stakeholders across the organisation
- Own and manage procurement budgets with full accountability for savings delivery
- Provide spend analysis, market intelligence, and category reporting to leadership
- Support annual budgeting and business planning cycles with accurate procurement forecasts
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with the policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements
- Champion sustainable and responsible sourcing across the supply base
- Lead audit readiness and maintain full traceability of procurement decisions and documentation
- Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes, systems, and tools
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 6–10 years of procurement experience with strong exposure to both direct and indirect categories — FMCG, dairy, or food & beverage background is preferred
- Proven experience leading and developing a procurement team
- Strong commodity knowledge and experience managing supply risk and price volatility
- Track record of delivering significant cost savings and commercial value through strategic sourcing
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Comfortable with SAP or equivalent ERP systems and strong in Excel and data analysis
- Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves — commercially sharp, resilient, and results-driven
- Role will be based in Susumas Plant (Subang Hitech)
