You will help shape the next growth chapter of one of Southeast Asia’s most ambitious AI-driven communications and Martech companies.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Senior Manager, based in Kuala Lumpur with flexibility for some work-from-home days. You will lead efforts to drive client happiness via the campaigns we run, all while managing the AI-driven optimizations we are introducing to the team and clients as well.

You will not just execute campaigns, you will operate inside a system that is designed to make PR faster, sharper, and more effective. You will manage campaigns across Singapore and Malaysia. This role is for someone who wants to lead from the front in transforming the agency model, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to move beyond traditional PR processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading our consultancy team towards our unique goals and vision as the model of agency servicing
• Manage multiple PR campaigns end-to-end across regional clients
• Write and work on prompts to develop high-quality features, pitches, and narratives for media placement
• Execute campaigns primarily through digital and media channels
• Use Alpha Story’s AI tools to enhance writing, research, and campaign execution
• Work with senior team members to refine campaign strategy and direction
• Build and maintain relationships with media across Singapore and Malaysia

What We’re Looking For

• 3 - 7 years of experience in PR agencies or communications roles
• Strong writing skills with native-level English proficiency
• Experience working with Singaporean or regional clients
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, or digital platforms
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Open to adopting new, system-driven ways of working
• Has some business development experience
