Job summary:

Planning Vehicle Volume monthly and daily to meet sales demand

Job Description:

• To create and manage GPPS monthly/daily production and color plan, weekly order change & daily VLT release D-16 to D-8 operation timeline
• Daily check volume accuracy and error management in RVHD and SAP system
• Update GPPS and SAP system master for model build out and new model introduction following the standard operation timeline
• Prepare and brief monthly production plan material to suppliers
• Prepare production forecast volume for suppliers and related parties for ordering and planning
• R-VHD & SAP system daily production order confirmation & month end closing
• Develop and execute timely recovery volume plan for production abnormality/crisis management
• Create and maintain production data visualization in Power BI

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree Engineering with minimum CGPA 3.30
• Excellent skills in Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Access, Power points)
• Power BI or similar tools (dashboard) intermediate is required
• Experience with SAP system or planning software is a plus
• Able to perform complex and numerical calculations
• Well spoken in English communications skills
