Company Description


MM Computer Systems Berhad (MMCS) is an IT solutions provider based in Malaysia. We are principally involved in the design, implementation and configuration of IT solutions, provision of IT outsourcing services, as well as sales and leasing of IT hardware and software.


MMCS was incorporated in Malaysia on 3 September 2019 under the Companies Act 1965 as a private limited company under the name of Joycloud Sdn Bhd. On 24 October 2023, we underwent a change in name to MM Computer Systems Sdn Bhd. Our Company was converted to a public limited company and assumed the name of MM Computer Systems Berhad on 14 August 2025. Our Company is an investment holding company.


Through our Subsidiaries, our Group is principally involved in the design, implementation and configuration of IT solutions, provision of IT outsourcing services, as well as sales and leasing of IT hardware and software.


MMCS is dedicated to innovation and operational excellence, backed by ISO 9001:2015 certification, CIDB Grade 7 registration, and recognition by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia.


Department      : Human Resource & Administration

Reports To        : Managing Director (MD) & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)


Position Summary

The Human Resource & Administration Manager is responsible for leading the Human Resource, Administration, Corporate Governance, Corporate Communication, Marketing, and Facilities Management functions across the MMCS Group.

The role serves as a strategic business partner to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management by ensuring organisational effectiveness, talent development, corporate governance, compliance, digital transformation, and operational excellence.

The Manager of HRA participates in strategic planning, attends Board, Management and Committee meetings, and provides recommendations on human capital, governance, organisational development, and business sustainability initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


A. Strategic Human Capital Management

  • Develop the Group Human Capital Strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage workforce planning, organisational design and succession planning.
  • Drive HR KPIs, performance management and organisational transformation initiatives.
  • Responsible for recruitment, compensation, benefits and employee engagement.


B. Talent Acquisition & Development 

  • Lead and manage recruitment strategy and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage training, leadership development and HRD Corp programmes.
  • Build partnerships with universities, recruitment agencies and industry bodies.
  • Ensure recruitment complies with Bursa governance and internal policies. 


C. Corporate Governance & Compliance

  • Develop HR governance framework.
  • Ensure compliance with:
  • Employment Act
  • Industrial Relations Act
  • PDPA
  • Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements
  • Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance
  • ISO standards
  • ESG requirements
  • Review Company Policies and Employee Handbook.
  • Support Internal Audit and External Audit activities.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of employee, Board and corporate information.


D. Board & Management Support

  • Prepare documentation related to manpower planning, organisational updates, remuneration proposals, and HR strategic initiatives for the Board and Management.
  • Implement Board resolutions relating to Human Resources and Administration.


E. Administration & Facilities Management

  • Oversee office administration, facilities management, insurance and vendor management.
  • Manage company assets, licences, statutory renewals and vehicles.
  • Oversee business continuity planning.


F. Corporate Communication & Marketing

  • Oversee corporate branding, including website and social media platforms.
  • Support investor communication initiatives.
  • Coordinate corporate events and CSR activities.


G. ISO, Risk Management & ESG

  • Lead ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 implementation as well as any related action programmes.
  • Support ESG communication and reporting.
  • Lead and be responsible for corrective action programmes.

 

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g. MIHRM, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR and Administration experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience leading HR transformation and organisational development.
  • Experience managing multiple business entities or a group structure.
