Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Junior Customer Service (Airfreight Export):

Job Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate air export shipments with customers, overseas agents, airlines, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Arrange flight bookings and coordinate with the procurement team on space reservations.
Liaise with overseas agents on shipment requirements, freight rates, and operational matters.
Prepare and provide freight quotations and obtain customer approval prior to shipment execution.
Investigate and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies and shipment-related issues in collaboration with internal teams.
Assist team members with shipment execution and provide operational support when required.
Comply with workplace Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
Training is provided.; candidates with up to 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or airfreight operations will have an advantage.
Basic understanding of airfreight export operations and shipping documentation is preferred.
Knowledge of IATA regulations and Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) will be an advantage.

Additional Information:

Salary: Up to SGD 3,200 +AWS +VB 
Working Location: Changi Airport
Working Hours: Days: Wednesday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
