Job Duties:

·         Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to safely operate hand & power tools.

·         To cover all electrical works and upkeep the whole building air-condition units /generators, etc.

·         Carry out routine facility inspections and preventive maintenance tasks as directed.

·         Adhere to all health and safety regulations, utilizing safety gear and safe working practices at all times.

·         To assist with minor repairs (e.g., fixing leaky faucets, changing lightbulbs, adjusting door hinges, etc.) and painting.

.         To assists in funeral activities.

·         To perform other ad hoc duties when assigned by Head of Department

 Requirements:

 ·         N’ Level / High school diploma or equivalent. Technical/vocational certifications (e.g., Nitec, WDA, or equivalent programs) are highly preferred.

·         1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in general maintenance, repair, or a related technical field.

·         A valid Singapore driver’s license class 3 / 3A and a clean driving record.
