Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, HR Operations and Transformation to lead HR transformation initiatives, enhance HR operations, and drive continuous improvement across people processes and systems. This role partners with HR and business leaders to deliver strategic projects that improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end HR projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Review and optimize HR processes, policies, and workflows.
• Drive operational excellence and standardization within HR.
• Partner with HR leadership on change management initiatives.
• Support HR technology and system enhancement projects.
• Develop process documentation and monitor service performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and HR standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience in a multinational environment.
• Background in HR operations, HR transformation, HR systems, or shared services.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
