About the Roles

Join our team as a CNC Milling Machine Operator based in Tuas, supporting precision manufacturing operations in a permanent position. This role offers a structured 5.5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm; Saturday, 8:00am – 12:00pm) with a competitive package comprising basic salary, OT pay, and variable bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate CNC milling machines and apply knowledge of CNC machining processes.
• Utilise Mastercam, Unigraphics CAM, and AutoCAD applications for manufacturing activities.
• Perform precision metal machining and fabrication work according to production requirements.
• Manufacture machined components using conventional and CNC machines.
• Interpret engineering drawings and execute the required manufacturing processes accurately.
• Operate multi-axis machines when required to support machining operations.
• Prepare and update process summary sheets to maintain production records.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess at least 2 years of relevant CNC machining or machinist experience.
• Have basic knowledge of CNC lathe or milling machine operations.
• Experience operating horizontal milling machines will be advantageous.
• Able to read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurement requirements.
