Systems Analyst

Location: Punggol Digital District, Singapore
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, implement, and support Equities Trading Systems.
• Gather business and technical requirements and prepare system designs.
• Participate in the full SDLC, including development, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and production support.
• Develop and support FIX Protocol interfaces and Message Queue (MQ) integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Work closely with business users, vendors, and technical teams to deliver stable and scalable solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services IT.
• Hands-on experience supporting Equities Trading Systems.
• Strong knowledge of:
• FIX Protocol
• Message Queue (MQ)
• Oracle SQL
• Linux/Unix and Shell Scripting
• Good understanding of capital markets and the equities trading lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with trading platforms such as Neoxam Datahub, DZH Equities, or similar brokerage systems.
• Experience with market data feeds and vendor trading platforms.
• Exposure to regional or global trading system implementations.
