Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients to understand their renovation and design requirements.
• Conduct site visits and measurements.
• Prepare space planning, design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.
• Present design proposals, quotations, and project timelines.
• Follow up on sales leads and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and maintain excellent customer service throughout the renovation process.
• Build long-term relationships and generate referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of Sales Designer / Interior Designer experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, and interior finishes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or other design software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Sales-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
