Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for electrical works.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Perform quantity take-off and measurement of electrical works.
• Prepare variation order (VO) claims, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control throughout the project.
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing.
• Maintain proper documentation for contracts, claims, and project records.
• Support Project Managers in project costing, budget tracking, and commercial decisions.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of Singapore experience as an Electrical QS.
• Experience working with M&E / Electrical subcontractors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction drawings, and project costing.
• Familiar with Singapore construction practices, tender procedures, and contract administration.
• Experience in new build and A&A projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
