Responsibilities:

• Develop and update MEP BIM models using Revit
• Prepare MEP shop drawings, as-built drawings and BIM submissions
• Create and maintain BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary systems
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection with other disciplines
• Coordinate with engineers, project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Review MEP drawings and ensure accuracy of BIM models
• Assist in resolving technical issues during project execution
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project requirements and standards

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in MEP Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of BIM Modelling experience in Singapore construction industry
• Experience working with MEP subcontractor environment is required
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD
• Familiar with MEP systems including ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary works
• Able to read and interpret M&E drawings
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience in HDB / commercial projects
• Familiar with Singapore BIM submission requirements

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
