Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, BOQ and pricing for MEP works
• Perform quantity take-off and measurement for MEP packages
• Evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts
• Monitor project costs and provide cost control reports
• Review and assess subcontractor claims and variations
• Support contract administration and commercial negotiations
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, M&E Engineering, Building, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of Quantity Surveying experience in Singapore construction industry
• Experience handling MEP projects (ACMV / Electrical / Plumbing & Sanitary)
• Familiar with Singapore construction practices, tendering, BOQ, VO and claims process
• Able to read M&E drawings and understand technical specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QS-related software
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred:

• Experience with main contractor / M&E contractor environment
• Knowledge of HDB / commercial / industrial projects will be an advantage

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
