Context:
SYSTRA Taiwan Branch is dedicated to Taiwan and the Group's global rail transit system-related projects, encompassing feasibility analysis, system design, project management, testing and integration, trial operation, and commissioning operations. Currently, we are actively participating in rail transportation projects across Taiwan, with offices located in Taipei and Kaohsiung
Missions/Main Duties:
- Assisting in the review of E&M systems detailed design documents and managing the review team
- Cross-unit interface coordination between core E&M systems and civil works, providing professional opinions and recommendations to the client
- Coordination with stakeholders on E&M systems
- Review of temporary track to permanent track switchover/cutover plans for each E&M system
- Support to IV&V activities, coordination with the IV&V body, and attendance at IV&V working meetings
- Construction phase technical support, including review of E&M system contractors documents, and attendance at key milestone tests (FAT, SAT, systems integration testing) required by client.
- Participation in systems integration and other core E&M technical meetings as required
Profile/Skills:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Railway Systems Engineering, or related field
- Solid experience in railway E&M systems (signalling, power supply/OCS, or telecommunications), ideally in design review, PMC, or construction supervision roles
- Familiarity with TRA standards and Taiwan railway regulations is an advantage
- Fluent in Mandarin/Taiwanese and working English
- Willingness to be based full-time at the Yilan site office
