Division: Finance Division / Financial Reporting (Team)
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle EBS professional to join our Finance Division. In this pivotal role, you will not only ensure the stability of our core financial systems but also drive transformation by bridging the gap between finance operations and cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:
  • System Support & Maintenance: Provide expert-level support for Oracle EBS R12 and BI systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee and streamline the month-end period closing process, maintaining critical system settings (COA, FSG reports, and user roles).
  • Project Leadership & Integration: Lead end-to-end system integration projects and complex data migration initiatives, ensuring seamless data flow across the finance ecosystem.
  • Strategic Enhancement: Spearhead the "AI+" initiative by identifying opportunities to deploy AI and automation tools into operational workflows to dramatically improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between internal users, third-party vendors, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver functional specifications.
  • Governance & Audit: Assist in system audit work to maintain robust internal controls.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to system integration, support and implementation.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL and IBM Cognos.
  • Integration & Migration: Proven hands-on experience in system integration and managing large-scale data migration projects.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Innovation: A proactive mindset with experience in launching AI+ or automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
