Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Prepare and maintain HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, resignation letters, and other employee-related documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Handle statutory matters, including employee registration and submissions for EPF, PERKESO, EIS, and HRD Corp.
Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure salaries are paid on time.
Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and other Malaysian labour laws, including EPF, PERKESO, EIS, PCB, and related statutory requirements.
Support daily HR and administrative operations and perform other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements :
Proficient in Microsoft Words/Excel. Experience with Infotech HRMS.
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work independently, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.
