Key Responsibilities

• Assists customers with truck/ vehicle service inquiries.
• Keep customers updated on the status of their trucks.
• Arrange for collection and explain completed repair work.
• Ensure accurate service documentation such as invoices and records.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Automotive Service Centre is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and customer- oriented.
• Computer literate.
