Team Leader Sushi @ Cold Storage KLCC

Job Summary

Support daily sushi production and operations in accordance with company standards, ensuring product quality, food safety compliance, and cost control while assisting in new sushi department setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sushi products according to SOP and quality standards
• Assist in daily production planning and stock preparation
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Halal requirements
• Monitor raw material freshness and proper storage
• Support inventory control and minimize wastage
• Assist in setup and execution of new sushi outlet/project
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
• Support training and guidance from Sushi Project Lead

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in sushi or Japanese cuisine
• Basic knowledge of sushi preparation and knife skills
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Experience in retail / central kitchen is an advantage
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
