Primary Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Managing Director on-site.
- Supervise and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and MEP-related works (including AV/IT/ELV) to meet quality and specification standards.
- Manage subcontractors' daily activities and ensure timely, compliant project delivery.
- Prepare and issue site instructions, weekly progress reports, work schedules, and inspection plans.
- Handle project documentation including work permits, worker passes, clearance forms, and drawings.
- Attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and coordinate handovers with clients and consultants.
Project Management & QAQC:
- Track project progress, material deliveries, and manpower reports.
- Conduct site feasibility studies, verify drawings, and supervise construction per approved plans.
- Ensure timely defect rectification, snag list closures, and manage post-handover documentation.
Safety & Compliance:
- Promote and enforce QHSSE standards (ISO9001, ISO37001, ISO45001).
- Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and workplace inspections.
Project Closure & After-Sales:
- Manage final inspections, documentation, and training for handover.
- Support after-sales service and address client feedback or requests during DLP.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in M&E within ID Fit-Out or construction.
- Strong technical, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic AutoCAD.
- Willing to travel and work extended hours when required.
