Intern - Human Resources (Talent Branding)
Location: Wisma UOA 2, Kuala Lumpur
Duration: 3 months

About the role
This is a Talent Branding intern, supporting HR creative and event content needs. This placement will consists of two phase:

August 2026 – to support videography and video production for VALIANT The Finale, including pre-event preparation, live event coverage, and post-production editing of highlight and recap videos.

Sept & Oct 2026 - will transition to support graphic design deliverables for the Talent Attraction team, contributing visual assets for recruitment and employer branding initiatives.

This placement gives the intern broad, hands-on exposure to creative content production across both video and design formats within a live talent branding context.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1 (Aug)

• Support pre-production planning for VALIANT The Finale, including shot lists and equipment checks.
• Film key moments during the event (20–23 August 2026), including participant presentations, award/recognition segments, and candid coverage.
• Edit raw footage into a highlight reel and a full event recap video.
• Organise and archive raw and edited footage in an accessible format for HR's use.
• Incorporate supervisor feedback on edits within agreed timelines.

Phase 2 (Sept – Oct)

• Design visual assets (e.g. social media graphics, posters, career page visuals) to support.
• Talent Attraction's recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
• Adapt existing brand guidelines and templates to produce consistent, on-brand creative materials.
• Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team to understand content briefs and turnaround requirements.
• Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback within agreed timelines.

Technical Skills/Knowledge Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or related creative field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Forms).
• Solid proficiency in visual editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software) to support marketing creatives and social media content.
