Pass Office

· To ensure all contractors / deliveries / third-party contractors register at Pass Officer before entering the building

· Records all entry data for all relevant contractors

· Monitor access at the entry gate; verify for all visitors/vendors

· Enforce entry requirements; inspect incoming contractors via valid identification documents

· Record all data in the designated computer application accordingly

· Answer general inquiries from contractor/visitor in a polite and professional manner

· Observe and report suspicious activity, erratic drivers or drivers suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs to the Auxiliary Police department

· Carry out any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by HOD/management

Logistics

· Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered

· Ensuring that the loading area remains clean and well-organized

· To report all breakages and spills or any incidents occur at loading area

· Record all data in the designated computer application accordingly

· Answer general inquiries from contractor/visitor in a polite and professional manner

· Observe and report suspicious activity, erratic drivers or drivers suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs to the Auxiliary Police department

· Lift reservation for bulk item.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,509.89 per month
