OFFICE LOCATION: Kota Kemuning

We are seeking a confident, energetic TikTok Live Host to present products clearly, engage viewers, and drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Livestream Hosting

• Host TikTok Live sessions based on schedule.
• Present products confidently with strong selling points.
• Engage viewers through Q&A, shoutouts, and interactive prompts.

Sales

• Use persuasive communication to boost conversions.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets.
• Explain promotions and product USPs clearly.

Content & Setup

• Plan rundown and talking points with marketing team.
• Prepare lighting, sound, and equipment before going live.
• Create short videos/product demos when needed.

Operations & Reporting

• Ensure smooth livestreams with minimal issues.
• Track and report key metrics (viewers, sales, engagement).
• Suggest improvements for performance and content.

Audience Management

• Build rapport and encourage repeat viewers.
• Respond professionally to comments.
• Coordinate with moderators for chat and backend tasks.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen/PR.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia for Malaysia platforms OR Fluent in English for Singapore platforms
• Confident on camera and able to talk continuously.
• Experience in livestreaming, sales, beauty/health, or FMCG is an advantage.
• Able to work late-night shifts (till 12am) + weekends.
• Familiar with TikTok trends, features, and basic e-commerce.

Working Hours

• 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM, 5 days/week
• Weekends & public holidays during campaigns
• Shift options available for part-time (8am - 12am)
