Company Background:

We are representing a fast-growing international cosmetics brand hiring Warehouse Coordinator to join the team based in Bukit Raja, Klang.

Job Scope:

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, inventory, and stock movements.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinate with transport, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Perform stock receiving, checking, and inventory updates in the system.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Resolve operational issues and support continuous process improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory.
• Familiar with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Benefits: Travel Allowance + Phone Allowance

Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 6:00pm
