Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, and shipment preparation.
• Ensure accurate inventory records through ERP system updates, stock movement tracking, and cycle counts.
• Organize materials and optimize warehouse space for efficient retrieval and production support.
• Support production and shipping teams by ensuring timely material availability and movement.
• Operate forklift safely for material handling, loading, unloading, and storage activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, equipment condition, and compliance with company procedures.
• Support internal audits, documentation requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Trade Compliance, Customer Service, and other teams to meet operational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and inventory control processes.
• Certified or experienced in forklift operation.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: Up to RM3,200.00 per month
