Job Responsibilities:

• Calculate drivers’ salaries, including basic pay, allowances, and other related components
• Plan and optimize fleet operations, including scheduling and allocation of drivers and vehicles
• Monitor operational performance and ensure efficient utilization of resources
• Coordinate closely with drivers, operations team, and management to ensure smooth daily execution
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making
• Handle ad hoc operational issues and provide timely solutions
• Lead and guide team members to achieve departmental goals

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1 to 3 years working experience in logistics field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft application especially in Excel.
• Alertness and attention to detail, proactive, has multi-task abilities and accountability
• Able to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary: RM 2,300 - 3,000

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
