Job Task

Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing Accounts Payable (A/P) transactions.
• Support in preparing and handling e-invoice related tasks.
• Assist in documentation, filing, and record keeping.
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department.
• Assist in coordinating administrative matters and daily office operations.
• Provide support for ad-hoc tasks assigned by the department.
• Maintain proper filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized.
• Assist in calculating requirements for construction supplies.
• Willing to work at Bandar Technology Kajang
