Job Description

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer demand and production capacity.
• Monitor production progress and revise schedules when necessary to meet delivery deadlines.
• Plan production capacity based on manpower, machine availability, and production requirements.
• Optimize the order scheduling processes to maximize customer service.
• Maintain delivery commitments accurately identified, communicated and FA samples are submitted to customer on time.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through an excellent level of communication, service and support.

Requirements Qualification & Skills

• Degree and above in Supply Chain Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in CS/Planning
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin & English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
