Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance team. The candidate have to be fluent in Mandarin and possess strong technical accounting skills. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage a full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance while handling both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Set of Accounts:

• Prepare and maintain full set of monthly management accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare reconciliation of general ledger accounts and bank statements.

2. Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Issue invoices and credit notes to clients accurately.
• Monitor incoming payments and perform daily cash application.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and manage the collections process to minimize bad debt.

3. Accounts Payable (AP):

• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and petty cash reimbursements.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and adherence to payment terms.
• Handle supplier reconciliation and resolve any billing discrepancies.

4. Compliance & Reporting:

• Assist with statutory audit, tax filing (GST/SST), and other regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers as required.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Language: Must be able to read, write, and speak in Mandarin(Native or bilingual) (required to communicate with China/Hong Kong stakeholders, clients, and suppliers).
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role. Freshgraduate are welcome to apply.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Accounting Software (MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
• Attributes: Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, and a good team player

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
