Job description:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, prices, and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly or escalate them when necessary.
• Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
• Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations and information.
• Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and keeping displays organized.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor or customer service area.
• Support daily operational tasks, including inventory checks and administrative duties.
• Answer phone calls, emails, or online customer inquiries when required.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
