Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Linux / Unix Support Engineer to support business-as-usual (BAU) operations and technical tasks in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems, Oracle SQL, shell scripting, and system monitoring tools. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilitie

• sPerform BAU support and operational tasks in a Linux/Unix environment
• .Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and database-related issues
• .Develop, maintain, and execute Shell scripts to automate operational processes
• .Write and optimize Oracle SQL and MySQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
• .Monitor system health and performance using Zabbix and respond to alerts
• .Manage source code repositories using GitLab
• .Work with JFrog for artifact repository management and deployment support
• .Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
• .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and service availability
• .Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• .Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and support continuous operational improvements
