Responsibilities
Experience
8–12+ years of software development experience.
2–4+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or Lead Engineer role.
Proven experience designing and building scalable, cloud-native distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for the product.
Lead, mentor, and coach software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Design and develop scalable microservices and distributed applications.
Drive engineering best practices including Clean Code, SOLID principles, TDD, code reviews, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
Implement Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture.
Manage technical debt while ensuring timely product delivery.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Required Technical Skills
Expert in TypeScript
Strong knowledge of Microservices and Distributed Systems
Hands-on experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Experience with CQRS, Event Sourcing, SAGA, and Kafka
Strong understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL
Experience with Azure Cloud or other cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
CI/CD pipeline implementation
Test-Driven Development (TDD)
SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis
OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and Key Vaults
Distributed tracing, logging, and monitoring tools
Preferred Skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
