DIC Malaysia Hiring! Full Time Senior Executive Human Resources in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management including processing salary, overtime, allowances, deductions and others.
• Keep up to date with current local employee relation legislations and ensure that the company’s Human Resource policies are updated accordingly and ensure legal compliance.
• Establish and conduct orientation as well as training programs for employees according to Training Needs Analysis.
• Generate & prepared ad hoc report request by Management.
• Attend to all employee grievances in accordance to the grievance procedure.
• Work closely with management and employee to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy and completeness of workforce information in human resources information system.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as instructed from time to time.

Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Human Resource Management. Business related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Well versed with labor and industrial relations law and practices in Malaysia.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills and able to work with Management and all levels of employees.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and conflict resolution skills.
• Pro-active, responsible, takes initiative in managing day to day HR department operational issues and improve overall performance management.
• Computer literate, well verse with MS Office and HRM software.
