About Us

Dong Foong Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is an established, profitable health-supplement contract manufacturer (CDMO) in Semenyih, Selangor — part of the Dong Foong Healthcare Group (since 1978). We are cGMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, JAKIM Halal and Amfori BSCI certified. We are looking for a hands-on Senior HR Executive to lead our HR function, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Run full-spectrum HR recruitment, onboarding, payroll data, leave & attendance, and employee relations.

• Ensure statutory compliance — EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and the Employment Act 1955.

• Maintain employee records, confirmations, appraisals and training.

• Support factory HR needs — GMP/ISO/5S documentation, PPE, and foreign-worker administration.

• Supervise and guide 2 admin clerks; report directly to the Managing Director

Remuneration

• Monthly salary: RM5,000 – RM7,000
• Entitled to a 13th-month salary (subject to company policy, if applicable)

Who We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry or an SME environment is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of payroll administration, statutory compliance, and the Malaysian Employment Act.
• Open to candidates of all races. Proficiency in Mandarin (preferred), as well as English and Bahasa Malaysia, is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Hands-on, mature, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Preferably based in or willing to work near Semenyih/Kajang, with own transportation.
