Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise applications.
• Create architecture diagrams and technical design documentation.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies to evaluate scalability, automation, stability, and performance.
• Identify impacted systems and proactively address architectural risks and dependencies.
• Ensure solutions comply with Enterprise Architecture (EA) principles, standards, and governance.
• Prepare architecture documentation for architecture review and governance approvals.

Solution Delivery & Implementation

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support vendors and delivery teams during solution implementation.
• Develop backend integration architecture and implementation plans.
• Ensure solutions are implemented according to approved architecture and project plans.
• Identify project risks and define mitigation strategies throughout implementation.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance to project teams and vendors.
• Recommend technology solutions and resolve architectural challenges.
• Evaluate solution trade-offs, constraints, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and domain architects to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and performance issues across cloud and on-premises environments.

Stakeholder Management & Documentation

• Partner with Project Managers and PMO to provide project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Prepare architecture documents, reports, and technical deliverables.
• Maintain documentation of architectural decisions, issues, risks, and resolutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Strong experience in Solution Architecture for enterprise applications.
• Experience designing modern application architectures, including:
• Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Microservices
• Serverless Architecture
• Cloud and Hybrid Cloud environments
• Experience managing technical projects and external vendors.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Cloud.
• Experience with AWS cloud services is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as:
• MySQL
• PostgreSQL
• MongoDB
• Exposure to front-end technologies such as Angular, React, and Node.js is advantageous.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications, integration issues, and performance bottlenecks across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience using tools such as GitHub and Jenkins Pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Mandarin language proficiency is preferred to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
