Role Description

• Drive and advance art direction, visual narratives, and design for graphic design work as well as integrated, through-the-line campaigns
• Work independently to develop and deliver high quality hardworking design work
• Research, interpret and respond strategically to briefs
• Work closely with the Creative Director, creatives and project managers to deliver strong design concepts and comms output that are both effective and creative
• Execute and manage production process (photo shoots, video shoots, print production, FA checks etc) to ensure quality and creative integrity

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an advertising or design communications agency
• Strong portfolio showing concept-driven, art-led campaigns and/or graphic design work (publication design, brand identity, social content, BTLs)
• Experience with government/public service campaigns is an advantage
• Pro-active team player who can work well with clients, stakeholders and team
• Relevant degree is useful but not essential
