Join us in shaping the voice of our organisation and amplifying stories that inspire change. You will support branding, content creation, public relations, donor and stakeholder engagement, as well as communications for fundraising campaigns and events. Through strategic communication and outreach, you will help strengthen our brand, deepen community partnerships and raise awareness of our mission and impact.

Responsibilities

Corporate Communications

• Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and communications activities
• Create compelling and impactful content across various platforms to increase engagement
• Develop collaterals and publicity materials for programmes and events
• Conduct research to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and content
• Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Assist in planning and executing corporate and outreach events

Fundraising

• Assist in the development and implementation of fundraising strategies and activities
• Develop persuasive fundraising collaterals, campaign materials and donor communications
• Support the successful execution of fundraising events, including BCARE's signature fundraising campaign
• Support the management of donor engagement processes and databases

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field
• Passionate about community service and using communications to create meaningful social impact
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and content creation
• Proficient in social media platforms, Microsoft Office, Canva, video editing software and Wix
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
