Job Summary

Join TIC Traffic International Consortium as a Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional service in airfreight logistics, managing bookings, documentation, shipment tracking, and customer issue resolution within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers’ airfreight enquiries and process bookings accurately to ensure smooth shipment flow
• Coordinate effectively with airlines, overseas agents, and internal operations teams to facilitate timely cargo movement
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation to comply with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Track shipments proactively and provide customers with timely, accurate status updates
• Resolve customer issues promptly by investigating concerns and delivering clear, effective solutions
• Maintain accurate operational records and support daily logistics activities to enhance service quality

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Experience in airfreight, freight forwarding, or logistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective customer interactions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Positive attitude with demonstrated problem-solving skills in customer service contexts
