Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Transformation / Business Analyst based in Singapore River, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves analyzing existing business processes and systems within Dream Education’s digital learning ecosystem, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping workflows, supporting the design and implementation of new digital tools or platforms, and coordinating with technology, content, and operations teams to ensure successful rollout of initiatives. The Digital Transformation / Business Analyst will prepare reports and dashboards, track project progress, and provide insights to leadership on how to optimize EdTech offerings and internal processes. The role also includes stakeholder communication, user feedback analysis, and continuous monitoring of key performance metrics related to digital initiatives.

• Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, present findings, and support change management.
• Relevant experience in digital transformation, EdTech, or technology-enabled services is beneficial.
• Familiarity with project management practices, process modeling tools, and basic data visualization or reporting tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a learner-centered approach to solutions.
