WE ARE HIRING: COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE

GB Chemical (M) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Compliance Executive to join our team.

Location: Nibong Tebal, Penang

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).

• Coordinate ISO documentation, internal and external audits, and Management Review Meetings.

• Ensure compliance with DOE, DOSH, Bomba and other applicable regulations.

• Manage scheduled waste activities and eSWIS reporting.

• Monitor wastewater treatment and environmental reporting.

• Conduct workplace safety and health inspections and awareness activities.

• Organise quarterly Safety and Health Committee meetings and prepare minutes.

• Manage the application and renewal of the Bomba Fire Certificate and DOSH Perakuan Kelayakan.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Environmental, Occupational Safety & Health, Quality Management, Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.

• Knowledge or experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

• Knowledge of DOE, DOSH and Bomba requirements.

• Experience in scheduled waste management and eSWIS is an advantage.

• Competent in CePSWaM, CePIETSO (PCP) and/or OSH Coordinator is an advantage.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
