Job Description


  • Reports to Ops & Admin Manager in all areas of Operations and Administration matters and to seek approval prior any implementations.
  • Processes records and forms, requisitions office supplies, and performs other administrative support procedures for effective office management.
  • Liaise with Bar Council, KL Bar and insurer on Lawyers’ Practice certificate application, payment of their membership fees, Potential Claim Notification and etc.
  • Liaise with hotel and travel agents for corporate rates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors on the order deliveries, payment, office maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
  • Liaise with Building Management on parking arrangements, maintenance, repair and security issues.
  • Prepare Audit verification/ Due Diligence memo, compile report, prepare letter and send to Auditors/ clients.
  • Organize meetings and functions, arrangements for meals or refreshments as required.
  • Able to work as a team and build good work relationships within the department.
  • Check monthly claims/ report before submitting to Ops & Admin Manager for approval.
  • Prepare monthly report and submit report within deadlines.
  • Constantly improve and maintain a more effective way for filing system in updating records, filing and prompt file retrieval.
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • To carry out other duties as and when assigned by EXCO, COO and Ops & Admin Manager.


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively and work in a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Possess a positive attitude, initiative and motivation.
  • Independent and willing to work with minimum supervision – quality and quantity of work equally important.
