Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Site Design Engineer is responsible for conducting technical site surveys to assess the feasibility of installing EV charging stations, gathering precise site data, and preparing design reports and technical proposals. This role involves ensuring compliance with government standards, managing project implementation, and providing technical support to the Business Development team. The engineer will also handle project costing, liaise with vendors, and collaborate with government agencies to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Site Surveys: Assess potential locations for EV Charging stations by evaluating site conditions, accessibility, power sources, and environmental factors.
• Document Findings: Gather and record detailed site data, including measurements, photographs, and environmental details to create accurate references for future projects.
• Analyze Data: Identify technical requirements and constraints based on survey data, including equipment placement, antenna configurations, and cabling needs.
• Prepare Reports: Create comprehensive Site Survey Reports, Design Documents, and Technical Proposals that clearly communicate our plans.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure all electrical infrastructure meets government standards and guidelines, collaborating with relevant agencies as needed.
• Project Management: Oversee projects during the implementation phase, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Support Business Development: Provide technical assistance to our Business Development team and sales partners to help drive our mission forward.
• Cost Management: Handle project costing and coordinate with vendors to ensure we meet our budgetary goals.
• Innovative Solutions: Identify and develop creative solutions that meet our customers' needs and enhance their experience with EV Charging technology.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Fresher or 1- 3 years of experience in site surveying and design in the telecommunications, electrical or related sector.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
