We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team at our Kepong, Kuala Lumpur office. This role will support recruitment, employee administration, and operational reporting while working closely with the Operations Management team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain employee information and operational data.
  • Update and maintain recruitment, attendance, manpower, and performance trackers using Microsoft Excel.
  • Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance, and prepare reports for the Operations Management team.
  • Prepare employee letters and HR-related documentation, including offer letters, warning letters, confirmation letters, and other employment documents.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper document filing.
  • Liaise with internal departments and site operations to ensure timely information flow.
  • Perform other administrative and operational support duties assigned by management.


Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, HR, recruitment, or operations support. Fresh graduates with strong administrative skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in recruitment or the manufacturing/logistics industry is an added advantage.
