Responsibilities

• You will be the face of our brand, delivering excellent customer service while representing our company's image and values.

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, attentive service.

• Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs.

• Arrange and display products according to brand guidelines.

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

• Support with retail operations, stock replenishment, inventory management and housekeeping.

• Collaborate with your team to create a positive and engaging shopping experience.
  

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Retail/customer service experience preferred.

• Able to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented.

• Interest in Korean culture or lifestyle products is a plus
