Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Management & Analytics Specialist to support data quality, governance, and risk management initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. The role involves data quality monitoring, metadata governance, data analysis, and Data & AI risk reviews to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Contract: 12 Month
Location: Central

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data quality profiling, monitoring, and dashboard reporting.
• Review and maintain business metadata.
• Support Data & AI risk assessments and thematic reviews.
• Analyze data to identify quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps.
• Assist with data governance initiatives and stakeholder reporting.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Analytics, IT, Computing, or related fields.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Consulting.
• Good understanding of banking products, processes, and data models.
• Strong SQL skills (mandatory).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of DAMA, DCAM, or data governance frameworks.
• Experience with Python, PySpark, Hadoop, Cloudera, Superset, or Teradata.
