Kick-start your engineering career in a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment! Join our team and gain hands-on experience in Smart Factory initiatives, Industry 4.0 technologies, Quality Engineering, and Operations Training while developing your technical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on business needs, you will be assigned to one of the following areas:

• Support Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory initiatives, including AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) deployment.
• Monitor production performance and project progress.
• Support Bump Engineering and production operations while undergoing structured development to become a certified associate trainer.
• Support the Quality Engineering team in maintaining and improving Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems.
• Coordinate SPC-related requests with Process Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Nitec in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related disciplines).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant internship or work experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Interest in Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Automation, Quality, or Process Improvement.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
