Role Overview

Are you passionate about technology and providing top-tier customer experiences? As a Retail Consultant, you will be the face of Royal Tele Retail. You’ll be responsible for frontline sales and customer service operations within our Singtel Exclusive Retailer stores, ensuring every customer finds the right connectivity and digital solutions for their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Excellence: Drive and achieve sales performance targets for mobile plans, broadband services, and handset sales.
• Comprehensive Solutions: Assist customers with re-contracts, value-added digital solutions, and a wide range of mobile accessories.
• Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service by identifying customer needs and providing personalized recommendations.
• Frontline Operations: Manage daily store operations, including stock management, point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and store merchandising.

Compensation & Work Schedule

• Monthly Salary: Basic starting from $1,800, with the potential to earn up to $4,500 (commensurate with experience and inclusive of incentives).
• Working Hours: 48 hours per week.
• Rest Days: 6 off days per month (scheduled on a roster basis).

Requirements

• Strong interest in telecommunications, mobile gadgets, and digital trends.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record or a strong desire to meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
